The City of Flagstaff is hosting an open house on Monday, March 27, at 5:30 p.m. to gather feedback on a draft short-term rental ordinance and license. This event is open to the public to attend both virtually and in person. The City is developing an ordinance that includes the following:
- Required emergency contact information
- A potential license fee
- License approval and denial criteria
- Grounds for license suspension
