The Flagstaff City Council will meet on Tuesday, June 20, at 3 p.m., for the first reading of the new STR ordinance.
Flagstaff STR Ordinance Timeline:
- June 20 – 1st reading of ordinance
- July 3 – 2nd reading and adoption of ordinance
- Fall 2023 (Goal of Sept. 1) – Ordinance goes into effect
