Phoenix STR Permits Due Today
The deadline for Phoenix STR permits is today, Monday, Jan. 15, 2024. We understand many hosts have questions surrounding the new Phoenix STR regulations and how they comply with SB1168. AZRT will continue to reach out to the City, hosting platforms, and all stakeholders to work together. We also encourage hosts to bring questions and feedback on this process to the City.
