Update: Flagstaff City Council Meeting on STRs
Tuesday, May 9 | 3 p.m.
The Flagstaff City Council will meet tomorrow, May 9 at 3 p.m. to discuss a proposed short-term rental ordinance. Members of the public are encouraged to attend and provide public comment.
Flagstaff STR Ordinance Timeline:
- Staff presents draft ordinance – May 9
- 1st reading of ordinance – June 20
- 2nd reading and adoption of ordinance – July 3
- Ordinance goes into effect – Fall 2023 (Goal of Sept. 1)
Provide Public Comment:
Public comment may be made in person at Council Chambers (211 W. Aspen Avenue) or virtually. Use this link to provide virtual public comment. Written comment may be provided in advance by emailing publiccomment@flagstaffaz.gov.
